What items can be returned?

Triumph is committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your lingerie purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your ordered bra item(s) due to damaged or faulty goods, incorrect supply of order, or perhaps you've just changed your mind, simply return the bra item(s) in their original conditions with original tags within 14 days of the purchase date.

Please note: For purchases on the Triumph Online store, we only allow refund in Online store Return Credits gift card to be used for repurchases from our Triumph Online store. Kindly note promo discount that has been applied would not be refunded. For hygiene reasons, strictly no refunds or exchanges on any panties, shapewear and girdles.

We are also unable to accept returned bra item(s) which have been worn, washed, or have had labels and tags removed. Any non-qualified and non-conforming returns will be rejected. You will be billed for the return shipping cost if you want the item(s) sent back to you. Otherwise, the item(s) will be disposed of.

How can I return bra item(s)?

Simply submit your details via our RETURNS REQUEST to start your return or exchange request in the return portal.

How to I request for an exchange for bra item(s)?

Exchanges are possible for an alternate colour or size of the same bra style. This is subject to stock availability and the exchange bra item(s) would be sent from our warehouse to one of following boutiques for collection only. Do allow 3-5 working days for the exchange arrangement to be completed, In the event if the stock is unavailable, the standard refund means via online store Return Credits gift card to be used for repurchases from our Triumph Online store will be processed instead. Please indicate in the form when raising the request using RETURNS REQUEST in the return portal. Do indicate the colour or size for the exchange.

Returns request form

When will I receive my refund?

For purchases on the Triumph Online shop, we only allow refund in online store Return Credits gift card to be used for repurchases from our Triumph Online store. Refund Credits gift card will be processed within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date which we receive the returned bra item(s) at our warehouse. The online store Return Credits gift card will have a 3-month validity period for the date of issuance. We endeavour to process all return enquiries as soon as possible and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have processed your refund.

Where can we return the bra item(s) after receiving the return confirmation email?

You may drop off the return bra item(s) at one of following Triumph retail boutiques with the return email for the return:

- Triumph JEM
- Triumph NEX

Or you may send the return bra item(s) package to our office address using trackable mail or courier. Return shipping costs would be borne by sender. We would not be deemed responsible should the return bra item(s) package is lost when non-trackable means are used to send the return bra item(s).
