Returns

With Triumph’s process for trouble-free returns and exchanges, sending items back is just as easy as ordering. We can accept return or exchange products purchased from Triumph online store by dropping them into our Triumph retail outlets. Please note that products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged with any Triumph department stores counters.

To return or exchange goods purchased online, please call our Customer Care team at (1800-TRIUMPH) 1800-874 8674 anytime between 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday or you may email us at custcare.sg@triumph.com

You will need a Return/Exchange Label to be attached to your return or exchange products.

Receipt also must be presented for returns or exchanges at Triumph retail stores.

  1. Return Eligibility

The period of returns acceptable will be within 14 days from the day the order gets dispatched from our warehouse. Returned goods should be unused, clean and undamaged, in original tags and packaging. CLEARANCE or FLASH SALE items are not returnable.

The return product together with a valid Return Label should reach our designated retail stores within 5 working days from the date of issuance of the Return Label.

Partial return and refund are not applicable for offer items.

  1. Exchange Policy 

The period of exchange acceptable will be within 14 days from the day the order gets dispatched from our warehouse. Exchanged goods should be unused, clean and undamaged, in original tags and packaging. CLEARANCE or FLASH SALE items are not exchangeable.

The return product together with a valid Exchange Label should reach our designated retail stores by post within 5 working days from the date of issuance of the Exchange Label.

Exchange items should be of same value.

  1. Refunds

We will refund the purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding delivery charges (if any). Refunds will be given in the same form as the payment for the original purchase within 14 working days.

  1. Damaged and Defective Products

At Triumph, we uphold our products to the highest standards of quality. With proper care, our products are known to outlast its expected shelf life. It is extremely rare for customers to be receiving Triumph products that are damaged or defective.

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality, the original product will be returned to you. We do not accept refunds for the following:

  • Obtained from a source other than sg.triumph.com
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
