Returns

With Triumph’s process for trouble-free returns, sending items back is just as easy as ordering. We can accept return or exchange products purchased from Triumph online store by dropping them into our Triumph retail outlets or delivering them to our Triumph office. Please note that products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged with any Triumph department stores counters. 

Please note: For purchases on the Triumph Online shop, we only allow refund in Return Credit. For hygiene reasons, strictly no refunds or exchanges on any panties and girdles.

You will need a Return/Exchange Label to be attached to your return or exchange products.

E- receipt or order confirmation must be presented when returning or exchanging items purchased online at our Triumph retail stores.  

  1. Return Eligibility

The period of returns acceptable will be within 14 days from the day the order gets dispatched from our warehouse. Returned goods should be unused, clean and undamaged, in original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, strictly no refunds or exchanges on any panties and girdles.

The return product together with a valid Return Label should reach our designated retail stores within 5 working days from the date of issuance of the Return Label.

  1. Exchange Policy

The return product together with a valid Exchange Label should reach our designated retail stores by post within 5 working days from the date of issuance of the Exchange Label.

 The 1 to 1 exchange item should be the same value as the price customer paid online

  1. Refunds

We will refund the purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding delivery charges (if any). Refunds will be given in return credit within 5 working days. For hygiene reasons, strictly no refunds or exchanges on any panties and girdles.

Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
