First time ordering online. Everything is okay, except for delivery and return- got to wait very long during cny period. First delivery took one week, whereas second order only took two days. All in all, took about one month. Also, with all the different long bra names, don’t really know what’s the differences for each series. For example, push up vs maximizer. Would be better if there is a contact number to assist in the ordering as email support feels distant and helpless at times. Especially when it comes to sizing. Actually second order sizing isn’t quite right too. But too cumbersome to do a second return already.
